My Approach

My approach is based on the current principles of evidence-based practice using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I support my patients in approaching anxiety provoking situations in place of avoidance and teach them how to accept the thoughts and feelings that cause them distress.
