Ryan J. Glode, M.A., LMHC, is an experienced licensed mental health counselor with specialized expertise in the assessment and treatment of obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. He holds dual licensure in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and earned both his B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Assumption College.

 

He brings over a decade of clinical experience across premier institutions including the Child and Adolescent OCD Institute at McLean Hospital and the Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC) at Bradley Hospital. Ryan has held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of OCD Services at RICBT a group practice specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy where he oversaw clinical programming and supervision for evidence-based treatment modalities.

 

His clinical practice integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), with additional proficiency in behavioral activation, habit reversal training, and trauma-informed care.

 

In addition to his clinical work, Ryan is an active consultant and trainer, having delivered lectures at Brown University, the University of Rhode Island, and other academic institutions, and is actively involved in professional advocacy as the Founder and Vice President of OCD Rhode Island, an official affiliate of the International OCD Foundation. His presentations are known for blending clinical rigor with practical application, making him a sought-after speaker in the field of anxiety and OCD treatment.
